AD GIFTED |
When I was little, I loved anything that was a) scented and b) collectable. And Wild Cakes are just that – with the added element of cuteness thrown in too! Wild Cakes are not just cute cakes…the cakes are also home to the sweetest little fluffy animals too, each with their own name and own scent. What more could a little girl want!?
Disguised as a selection of different yummy cakes, in each one you will find a soft plush animal to love and make your new best friend!
There are 12 to collect but today, I will be sharing with you two Wild Cakes that we have added to our collection of soft plush toys at home. Miss W loves playing with her soft bears or dolls so this was perfect for her, as they are really a cute toy with a secret surprise of a hidden animal inside.
Bunny Chocco Cake
What you think may be a piece of chocolate cake, in actual fact is Bunny. Bunny is a super cute rabbit who smells just a little bit like chocolate – yum!
Fruit Tart Timmy
Inside this delicious looking fruit tart, who will find a sweet little kitten that goes by the name Timmy. And give that fruit tart a wiff, because the smell of strawberries is good!
What we love about Wild Cakes
Miss W really loved opening these and was surprised to see a little cute animal inside each Wild Cake. They really are lovely and a great size to carry around or store on a bed or sofa (which means more room to buy more right!?) I think the selling point for these is really the fact that each cake holds a surprise that you can pop in and out when you wish. For me, I also think that anything collectable is also appealing to any child. If they can get their hands on more, why wouldn’t they! But with only 12 to collect and the fact that you can see which cake it is inside the packaging, means that there is no doubling up as is the case with blind bags!
The furry little animals can easily pop back inside the cake with a bit of squishing down and you can then seal the cake back up with the use of some velcro. And voila – you’d be none the wiser there was a little furry friend inside. Surprisingly, my nearly 2 year old son Baby K loves these too and often plays with them.
Overall, we were really impressed with our two Wild Cakes and can see why they are selling off the shelves!
Wild Cakes are available from Claires Accessories and are priced at £12 each.
