This winter, I have teamed up with my ever so faithful Femme Luxe finery to offer you my top four outfits for casual wear this winter. As you will have seen from some of my other posts with Femme Luxe, I love the oversized look, so some of these outfits will be exactly that! I love dressing up, but with many days out with the kids over the festive period, I also like to be casual but still know I feel comfortable, stylish and happy!
So without further ado, lets see what I chose from Femme Luxe for my casual wear this winter haul!
I am so happy with this choice. I was a little worried when it first arrived as I thought it looked really big, even though I had chosen my own size. However, once on and worn with chunky heeled ankle boots, it looked great and I felt so comfortable in it. The quality it great and I love the tight detail it has on the sleeves, forcing the material to be bunched up around the wrist. The colour I went for is khaki but it is also available in grey, black or tan. I wore mine with tights but I would totally wear this bare legged with trainers too.
Again, this is an oversized jumper dress (do you see a pattern here!) But I thought this would be perfect for my casual wear this winter haul. It still feels smart yet totally casual to wear with boots or trainers. I love the colour of this, being a dusky rose and again, this has a boyfriend style to it. The sleeves are long and have a nice detail to them. I wore tights with mine, but again can be worn without. This is super cosy and really comfy to wear out and about on these colder days! This dress is also available in black, cream and stone.
Going for something a little bit different from my normal oversized dress, I went for this tartan silk shirt dress. It really stood out and looked great quality (which it is!) The dress is a good length to wear with either flats or boots, and has a tie detail so if you wish, you can tighten the dress. I really like the gold button detail which really adds to the detail of this dress and makes it look expensive. I also think shirt dresses are totally comfortable and can be either dressed down to give you that casual look you desire or dressed up with heels for a meal out!
Keeping it simple, I went for an oversized black jumper dress. This is more of a sweater dress, so definitly keeping it in line with my causal wear this winter. The love the Vogue print across the front in white, and it really do has that ‘sunday afternoon’ vibe to it. I actually think this dress could be styled up with heels but I prefer to wear it with trainers. It even has pockets too, which is perfect for us mamas who have loads of stuff to carry, or a great place to put your phone instead of carrying it around! This jumper dress is also available in khaki, grey and mustard and is great value and only £25.99 full price.
And there you have it. Another successful haul featuring my casual wear this winter with Femme Luxe Finery. I have to say, all my items are such good quality and I am really impressed with the detail and how they wash too. The shape still reminds and the quality is just as good after. The dresses are true to size and fit perfectly, which is good to know. I would really encourage you to check out their website. There is so much on offer and at this time of the year, Femme Luxe are offering such fantastic deals, it really is worth checking out.
