Personalised Lapland Letters – *Review*

Christmas is a huge thing in our house!  Every year, we will carry out our Christmas traditions as a family.  We’ll make gingerbread men, have a certain elf (or three) visit and ensure we have enough buffet food to last the season.  One thing that we hadn’t considered in past years was the children receiving a letter from Santa (or Father Christmas as I love to call him!)

Lapland Letters

I’ll admit, when perusing websites to find that a personalised Father Christmas letter, it can be a challenge to find that perfect letter to be delivered through your letter box to your children.  But Lapland letters immediately stood out with their authentic look and additional extras.

The kids hardly have any letters delivered to them, so ultimately, not only was this going to be a lovely surprise for them, but it was also going to be a unique experience – and one that I wanted to add to my Christmas traditions!

So what do Lapland Letters offer?  Simply, if your after some truly magical letters delivered to your door from the big man himself, look no further.  Offering fun personalisation, these lapland letters from Santa are unique to your child dependent on what you wish for your child to receive.

How to order your Lapland Letter from Santa?

Simply chose a letter format that most matches your child.  There are 6 new letters for 2019.  These are

  1. Christmas is coming
  2. The Laplandish Elf
  3. Santa’s Good Child List
  4. Rudolphs Test Flight
  5. Don’t Stop Believing
  6. Baby’s First Christmas

Lapland Letters

Firstly, I loved that there was an option of choosing a different style letter, dependent on your child’s belief, age and personal preference.  For my three, I chose Dont Stop Believing for Mr B (as he is 9 and the doubt is starting to creep in) Christmas is Coming for Missy and Rudolphs Test Flight for Baby K.  Already, I knew that with the difference between the letters, it felt more personalised and made the letters feel authentic.

For each of your letters, you can then add your child’s name, age, town, their best friends name and what they would like for Christmas.  You can also add a personalised sentence, which is included as a P.S at the end of the letter – what a lovely touch (and a great way to ask your child to eat their greens!)

Our review of Lapland Letters

Firstly, I loved the bespoke personalised envelopes that the letters arrive in.  Each envelope is presented with a Lapland postal stamp to make the letter even more magical for your little ones.  The rich red colour really makes this letter feel like the real deal.

Each of my children’s letters were different as I mentioned above.  I think this option to choose out of several letters is a fantastic idea, making the experience feel even more real, especially for the other children who may read their siblings letters and recognise that they read differently.  And if you have an older child who is beginning to not believe, then the ‘Don’t stop believing’ letter is perfect for them – and yes I did shed a tear reading it!  Mr B was also super impressed one of his best friends was mentioned in the letter and read it out, sounding so hopeful with the glimmer of belief still present.

I also think its great that you can include extras in your order, and the kids especially loved the glittery reindeer food.

Overall, we were all really impressed with the quality and personalisation of Lapland letters, and I recommend anyone to head on over to their website to find out more about these lovely Christmasy letters from Father Christmas!
