Posterlounge wall art for the home *Review*

With this year being a year of staying at home more than ever, we have tackled many house updates here and there as the months have sailed by.  One of the tasks I have tackled these last few weeks is bedroom and bathroom updates and have introduced some new wall art into the kids bedrooms and our downstairs toilet.  Posterlounge have been on hand with a huge array of prints to choose from and helped me make our walls a bit more lively and exciting!

Who are Posterlounge?

Posterlounge are an online store offering premium posters, artwork and prints for all styles.  Based in Germany, the online store ship across Europe.  You can search their website dependent on what you are looking for and you can select from a huge range of illustrations, photos and animations for various rooms of your home.  What’s great about Posterlounge is that you can chose your print on various forms of materials such as canvas, acrylic, aluminium and wood to name a few.  This is one fantastic element which immediately stood out for me and I immediately when to town choosing a wide selection of different style prints for our home.  You can also choose various sizes to suit your needs.

Gallery Print

The first print I chose was the Happy Dinosaur ABC print for Baby K’s room.  He is now 3 and a half and I am in the process of updating his room for the wonderful cloud nursery to a big boy dinosaur room!  I chose this print as I felt it was child friendly but I step up from a ‘baby room’ print.

I chose it in a gallery print, meaning that the print is an acrylic glass panel, with an aluminium composite panel on the back.  The surface is super glossy and is extremely study and robust.  Posterlounge also includes all brackets to make that DIY job much easier!

Aluminium print

For my eldest’s room, he has a football themed design.  As soon as I saw this vibrant trendy print, I knew it would look perfect in his room.  I chose it on an aluminium print, giving it a more mature feel to the print, and a satin like finish.  Like all prints, the choice is huge when it comes to selecting a size and the one I selected was  60cm x 40cm and it fits perfectly above his desk.  Again, the wall fixtures are included.

Canvas

I selected two canvas’s, both with a Disney twist to them (if you follow my blog you know that I adore Disney!)  First up is the Aloha meaning canvas, which I just love as we visited Hawaii on our Honeymoon.  Hawaii is also home to Aulani, Disney’s offsite resort which I would love to visit one day.

The second canvas I chose was the Hakuna Matata print.  I love the meaning of this and it looks fab in our downstairs toilet!  Prices for Posterlounge canvas prints begin at £17.95 but it is also available as a wall sticker for half the price!

Finally I chose two poster prints, again in the style of definitions  The first is a repeat of the Aloha definition as I just loved it so much I wanted in in the downstairs toilet along with the Hakuna Matata canvas.  To match this, I went for the Ohana definition, meaning Family and if your a Disney fan like me, you’ll know that this is the phrase used in Stitch!

Both posters are printed on premium photo paper and have a slightly glossy finish.  I simply found two matching frames and popped then in to give the final look for the 2 posters and the canvas together.

I absolutely love all our new prints and are a welcome addition to each our the rooms we’ve included them in.  If you wish to introduce some new artwork into your home, head on over to Posterlounge website to check out what they have on offer!

Thanks for reading xxx

Wow! Stunning gallery prints! The ACP panels offer a fantastic look to your gallery prints. I am in love with the printed canvas carrying various meaningful quotes. ACP is an excellent interior element that can be used in multiple ways and offers an elegant look to your house. It is a common material used for the design of sign boards and digital signages.

With three beautiful kids, it can be hard to vacation if everyone doesn’t have enough space. A timeshare offers more space and private bedrooms, but can be very difficult to sell. Fortunately, you can get out of rci timeshare with the help of a timeshare cancellation company.
