Protest Swimwear Collection and Trends

With Spring arriving quicker than normal, Summer seems to be on the horizon and is set to be a hot one!    Summer is undoubtably my favourite season and I feel is a time that is good for the soul.  Like most people, as the warmer weather arrives, we spend more time outdoors that ever, and that has to come with a fashionable wardrobe!

I was recently introduced to Protest, a online store that offers a huge range of swimwear, accessories and surf and ski clothes for all the family. They’ve recently released their SS20 range and it is beautiful.  But before we talk more about what they offer,  what is Protest all about and how did it all begin?

About Protest

Protest began in Holland and was founded by a small group of snowboarders.  They began by designing fashionable but functional sportswear for boarders at an affordable price.  They’re passion grew and so did the brand, now offering a whole range of clothing and swimwear across the slopes and waves of the world.  And whats even better is that you can purchase your items for the whole family all from one place, in a whole host of styles to choose from.  If tankinis are your thing, or you much prefer a push up bikini, there really is so much on offer.

SS20 Protest Collection

With summer only a few months away, Protest released their SS20 collection this month.  Protest have created some lovely summer styles to see you through the summer months, and it really is a beautiful collection, ranging from bikinis to streetwear, you’ll be spoilt for choice!

For the men, the surf clothing is on point, and it was great to see a good variety of styles of swim shorts too.

My Top Picks

With that being said, I felt it was only fair to share with you my top picks from their new range, and what I love most about them.

First of all, I love the brightness and boldness of this two piece.  The highwaisted bottoms bring an element of style yet comfort to the bikini and the tie detail to the top is also a lovely addition.  This bikini looks really comfortable and comfort is key, right?!

Keeping with the boldness theme is this super chic coverup, which is full of colour!  Wearing a cover up is perfect for us women that like to wander down the beach, or perhaps play with the kids without having to wear a t-shirt and shorts.  I love the little tie detail at the front and the length of the sleeves.

Queen 20 Triangle Bikini (SeaShell) £44.99

If pastels are more your thing, then this two piece protest bikini may be more up your street.  Sporting a floral design with a peek a boo bikini top, this bikini is perfect for lounging about in by the pool.  If you prefer low waisted bottoms, this style of bikini is perfect for carrying off that look.

If your a surfing kind of girl, then these surf leggings are really lovely. Without being over the top, they offer a pop of colour whilst still being discreet.  These leggings also come with a matching bikini, shown in the photo.

About

Hi and welcome to The Willow Tree. I’m Michelle, also known as Shel and I am a mama to three beautiful crazy kids – I have two handsome boys and a wild and wonderful girl.

I really wanted a concrete place to share my love for travel, in particular Disney and offer my readers a chance to gain some knowledge around what we love to do as a family of 5.

I share our family adventures which include days out, travel advice and tips, holiday reviews, restaurant visits and of course, our love for Disney, including Disneyland Paris and Walt Disney World.

Life is about creating memories, and here we are sharing them with you

xoxo

With three beautiful kids, it can be hard to vacation if everyone doesn’t have enough space. A timeshare offers more space and private bedrooms, but can be very difficult to sell. Fortunately, you can get out of rci timeshare with the help of a timeshare cancellation company.
