Review and win ~ Bamboo Socks from SockShop

I had never heard of Bamboo socks until I came across Sockshop.  I don’t really know much about the manufacturing of socks and the materials used, despite loving to wear warm comfy socks on an evening.

What I now know it that bamboo socks are so comfy, and if your anything like me (who LOVES socks!) then you’ll want to read on!  Not only have I been lucky enough to review some of the socks on offer from SockShop, but I am also offering my lucky readers the change to WIN a bundle of socks worth up to £35!

SockShop

SockShop is an online sock store offering a huge range of socks, tights, underwear and accessories for both men, women and kids to purchase.   They also offer bamboo socks.  Sockshop are CRAZY about socks, and literally offer so many designs and themes.   There is also up to 70 brands to chose from!

Bamboo socks

I was instantly intrigued by the bamboo socks.  So I first chose a pir each for myself and my husband.  Famous for their soft material and absorbency (3-4 times more than cotton) I didn’t find it hard to choose a simple pair for each of us – I went for a baby pink and Matt went for a powder blue.

Despite choosing simple colours, there was a huge range of designs and styles within the bamboo range on offer on the Sockshop website.

To touch, they are silky soft, and it’s good to know that the natural bamboo is skin friendly, hypoallergenic and antibacterial.

Missy and Baby K were also gifted a pair each and we went for a sunshine yellow and a dark blue.  Both love to wear their socks around the house (and in the garden!) and as you can see, the bamboo socks are made with hand linked toes for smooth seams, offering total comfort.  This means no bulkiness!

Sockshop also offer thermal slipper socks.  As a huge lover of Disney, I chose these heat holder slipper socks in Disney Princess design for Missy.  I also grabbed a pair for Mr B.  Keeping in line with the opening of Galaxy’s Edge soon at Walt Disney World, I chose these Star Wars thermal slipper socks.

These are perfect for the kids as they love to keep their feet warm at home but often don’t keep their slippers on.  As these are slipper socks which added grip, they are able to wander around slip free and keep their feet warm.   The fleece lining is super soft on both and it’s great to wear a bit of Disney on your feet!

We are also offering one lucky reader the chance to win a bundle of socks of their choice to the value of £35!!  To be in with the chance of winning, please enter via the link below.  One winner will be chosen at random and noticed via email at close of giveaway on Friday 23rd August 2019.
